• Visitor sign-in information collected during open houses, such as visitor contact details, notes, and preferences.
• Photos, documents, comments, report content, AI-assisted drafts, and other materials submitted through HAVN.
• Payment, entitlement, and purchase status handled through payment, app store, or subscription providers.
• Technical data, such as IP address, browser, device type, operating system, app version, usage events, logs, and security records.
• Communications you send to us, including support, sales, billing, and account deletion requests.

How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, secure, and improve the HAVN web application, website, mobile apps, and related services.
• Create and manage accounts, agencies, workspaces, invitations, roles, subscriptions, and support requests.

• Generate, organize, or summarize app content when you use AI-assisted or reporting features.
• Prevent misuse, debug technical issues, and protect the security of HAVN and its users.

HAVN uses trusted service providers to host, secure, and operate the site and app. These may include Cloudflare for hosting, DNS, CDN, security, Turnstile, and access protection; Supabase for database, authentication, storage, and backend services; RevenueCat, app stores, or payment providers for subscription and entitlement handling; and email, analytics, monitoring, AI, or support providers where those features are enabled.
